Mirror Mirror Upon the Wall
A Tale with A Twist :
The Queen possessed a wonderful mirror which could answer her when she stood before it and said :
“Mirror, mirror upon the wall; Who is the fairest of all?”
The mirror answered -
“Thou, O Queen, art the fairest of all.”
And the Queen was contented, because she knew the mirror could speak nothing but the truth.
As time passed on, Little Snow White grew more and more beautiful, until when she was seven years old, she was as lovely as the bright day, so that one day when the Queen asked her mirror -
“Mirror, mirror upon the wall; Who is the fairest of all?”
The mirror answered -
“Thou, O Queen, art the fairest of all.”
The Queen was amazed. She said –
“Shouldn’t have you named Snow White this time for she was the fairest according to the tale?”
The mirror, which could speak nothing but the truth, answered –
“O Lady Queen, You Are what You Think. If you think you are the fairest of all, You ARE the fairest of all.”

O My God! You Have Committed a Mistake
O
God. You are the only god. You are Almighty. You are Omnipotent. You
created us. You provide us food, water, shelter, whatever we have. We
only believe in You. Only You are worth all praises.
O God, Look at the non-believers. What a big fool they are. They don’t know You. They don’t know the right path.
O God, Look. Your sun shines on non-believers. Stop; o sun, they don’t deserve it.
O God, Look. Your rains shower on non-believers. Stop; o rains, they don’t deserve it.
O
God, Look. You have sent food and water to non-believers. Stop, oh,
okay. Do not worry. I go and seize their food, cut their water supply.
O
God, Look. You have sent new lives to non-believers. Children are born
to those who do not worship You, don’t know You. Stop, oh, okay. Do not
worry. I go and tell them the right path, Your path. If they don’t
listen, I cut their throats.
Dear
God. I love You. and I am thankful for Your Love for me. but I don’t
understand Your Love towards non-believers. You send them new lives,
food, shelter. Your sun shines on them. Your rains pour on them. Flowers
bloom in their gardens. How could it be? It’s a mistake. Stop, oh,
okay. Do not worry. In Your name, I correct Your mistakes.

I’m An Untouchable. Keep A Distance...
I was born in a highly religious family. Prayers and fasts were parts of our daily life. Everybody used to pray and read holy books everyday n night. But soon I realised that my mother was exempted from praying for 4 – 5 days every month or so. She was also privileged to leave fasts in those days while everybody else was fasting. After few years I observed that she was actually not exempted but barred, and also she was barred from touching holy books or visiting shrines in those days.
With time and with more intelligence in my head, or I must correct that with more intelligence in my friends’ heads as they were the source of all these information, I got to know that not only my mother, but most of the women were barred from holy duties as those were ‘dirty’ in those days.
More knowledge I gained – they discharge dirty blood from their bodies thus they become filthy and untouchable in those days and we must stay away from them in those days.
More knowledge with time – when they become pregnant, this discharge stops as that blood is used in the formation of child’s body. That blood starts running in the child’s veins.
The final outcome – that I know now that the same blood is running in me. If that blood makes a woman dirty and untouchable, I am an untouchable by birth. Please stay away from I.....

This is entirely my personal opinion about myself. I am not talking about anybody else in particular or in general. Thank you.

Your Love is Forever Ashley
As a soldier returned from Iraq, his wife sensed him suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. The condition of other soldiers was no better which could result in suicide attempts in future. Help was needed. She decided to strip off to spread the word; to save her husband, and the husbands of many other women. And Battling Bare was born.
Hats off to you Ashley..
