I got a very interesting news in today’s newspaper.
In Kashmir, the State School Education Board has published a children school Urdu text-book which shows a police personal as an explanation or example for the word Zo (Zoe - ظ) for Zalim (persecutor/ tyrant).
What a fun. I wonder who finalized the book and how it was passed thru all channels. The book Baharistan-e Urdu is meant for young children. What the Board is trying to teach them from the beginning. I don’t know what else is there in their text books. But certainly I want to know now.
